
At AS Events, we are committed to providing clear and transparent policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Due to the nature of event rentals, inventory is reserved, crews are scheduled, and logistics are planned in advance for every booking. This policy outlines our terms to ensure fairness, protect scheduling, and maintain the highest level of service for all clients.
1. Deposits & Payments

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and equipment. Once a contract is signed and deposit is received, your date is reserved and inventory is allocated.

2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, the client will not be responsible for the remaining balance; however, the deposit remains non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, the client is responsible for the full balance of the order, and all payments made are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day / Last-Minute Bookings
All same-day or last-minute bookings are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. The new event date must fit within AS Events’ schedule. If the requested date is unavailable, AS Events may offer a credit toward a future event, suggest an alternative date, or provide a different tent size or setup based on availability. If a suitable option cannot be accommodated, AS Events is not responsible and no refunds will be issued. Deposits may be transferred one time only and must be used within the same calendar year.

5. Weather Policy
Tents are designed for outdoor use and most weather conditions. Weather-related concerns are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

6. No Access / Setup Issues
If our team arrives and is unable to complete setup due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided, no refunds will be issued.

7. Damage & Loss Responsibility
Client assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or returned excessively dirty will be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost, plus any applicable labor and processing fees. This includes, but is not limited to, tents, poles, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, lighting, and accessories.

8. Equipment Handling
Tents and equipment must not be moved, adjusted, or tampered with after installation. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will result in additional charges.

9. Authorization to Charge
AS Events reserves the right to charge the card on file or invoice the client for any damages, missing items, or additional fees. Client authorizes AS Events to charge the payment method on file for any such charges.

10. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if AS Events is unable to fulfill the rental due to reasons within our control.
