At AS Events, we handle every step of the process, including delivery, professional installation, and post-event pickup. Each setup is carefully coordinated based on your event date, location, and surface type to ensure a safe, secure, and polished result. Our goal is to provide a smooth, stress-free experience so your event is fully prepared and executed the right way.

1. Delivery & Pickup Scheduling
All deliveries and pickups are scheduled based on route efficiency, event date, and weather conditions. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing prior to booking.

Deliveries are typically completed 1–3 days before your event, and pickups are scheduled 1–3 days after, depending on logistics and availability.
 

2. Setup & Installation
All tent installations are handled by our professional team and are included with your rental. Setup time will vary depending on tent size, location, and surface type (grass, concrete, or pavers).

For safety and quality assurance, tents must be installed by our crew and cannot be customer-installed.
 

3. Access Requirements
Clients must ensure that the setup area is clear and accessible prior to arrival. Any obstacles, delays, or restricted access may result in additional labor charges or rescheduling.

An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to confirm placement.
 

4. Surface & Anchoring
Tents can be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, or pavers:
• Grass installations use stakes
• Hard surfaces require 350 lb weighted blocks per tent leg (additional fees apply)

 

5. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery and setup may be available based on schedule and inventory:
• $250 fee – Nassau & Suffolk County
• $350 fee – Queens locations

 

6. Weather & Safety
For safety reasons, installations may be adjusted or postponed in cases of extreme weather conditions.
